Shipping & Returns
The short version: we ship fast, and we stand behind every piece.
Canada only for now. We are based in Vancouver, BC and ship Canada-wide from our print partner's North American fulfilment centres.
Production takes 1–2 business days. Once it ships, Canadian orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days depending on your province. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves our print partner's facility.
Free standard shipping on orders over $110 CAD. Flat-rate shipping on everything else — the exact cost shows at checkout before you pay.
You see a full preview before you pay, so most people only order when they are happy with how it looks. If something about the printed product is not right, email us within 30 days and we will work it out. Our team is fair and will do its best to make sure you are satisfied.
Send us a photo of the damage and we will ship a replacement at no charge. No need to return the damaged one.
If your order has not entered production yet, we can cancel and refund it. Just email us as soon as possible. Once production starts, we cannot cancel — but if there is an issue with your print, contact us and we will work it out.
